By purchasing any of my products, you are agreeing to this terms and conditions page.

Please Note: All products are created by me and only me.

1. To purchase a product you must be above the age of 16. Anyone 16 or younger must ask an adult {Parent or Guardian} for permission before purchasing.

2. Do not claim that any of my artwork that is bought is yours or anyone else's.

3. I do not do refunds, i try my best at each and every individual piece of art. You will be sent watermarked screenshots through out the process.

4. If, at my request, you send certain specific submissions (for example contest entries) or without a request from me you send creative ideas, suggestions, plans etc.whether online, by email, by postal mail, or otherwise any other sort of comments , you agree that i may, at any time, without restriction, edit, copy, publish, distribute, translate and otherwise use in any medium any comments that you forward to me. I am and shall be under no obligation to maintain any comments in confidence; to pay compensation for any comments; or to respond to any comments.

5. If work requires a download link, please do not under any circumstances send out the download link of the artwork you have purchased and i have created in any public viewing, for example, youtube, twitter or any sort of social media without my permission. The download link is for only you to use and yours only.  (Logos, banners, profile pictures and Icons are allowed to be displayed on websites, social media, servers and discord servers)

Prices are not negotiable.

By agreeing to the Terms and conditions stated above you confirm that you have read through the rules thoroughly and will abide by all of these rules.
